Cancellation Policy
•Deposit is required and (NON REFUNDABLE) to book appointment.
•Payment is also (NON REFUNDABLE) if you cancel, no shows and if you pre paid.
•You must reschedule your appointment 48 hours in advance.
•You can only reschedule 1 time
•NO SHOW NO LONGER MY CLIENT!
•If you are running five minutes late to appointment it’s okay just let me know, after 10mins I will charge you a ($15 LATE FEE) after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
•Once you scheduled yourself an appointment you will receive messages of confirmation and choices of payment for deposit
(ZELLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENT).
•PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE YOUR DEPOSIT READY TO BE SENT AFTER RECEIVING THAT MESSAGE!
•IF I HAVE THE NEED TO REMIND A SECOND TIME WITH NO RESPONSE I WILL CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT, THANK YOU!
